What is it like to shop at Can’t Miss It?

Cant miss it, is a concept E-commerce boutique that has unique products curated from all over the world. These are limited edition pieces that once sold may not come back in stock again because of their limited production and exclusivity. 

At Cantmissit.ca, every order is handled with care and love. Each package is beautifully and delicately wrapped for our customers. We want to make the process of opening your package just as pleasurable as wearing your newly purchased item for the first time.

Where are the products manufactured?

We procure and curate our designs from all around the world. Our products are hand picked and carefully selected for their design, uniqueness and exclusivity. Hence, you may not find the product back in stock once sold out.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, e-transfer and cheques. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Canada only via website. For international shipping, please email us at care@cantmissit.ca. We will be accepting international orders via email till we establish international shipping through website. 

How long does the shipping take?

For all orders, please allow 24 hours for our warehouse team to process your order before the parcel is shipped. Parcels are shipped within Canada via Canada post

  • For Canada, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days.

And for international orders- fedex, ups, dhl.

  • For the US, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
  • For international orders, delivery usually takes 8-10 business days.

Expect some delays due to Covid-19

Please bear in mind that exact timelines may vary and are dependent on the delivery partner.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

I did not receive my tracking information. What should I do?

We will respond to your request as soon as possible. We will try our best to help and resolve any issue. 

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Orders qualify for free shipping once the pre-tax total cart value reaches $250 (applies to Canada orders only).

How do I know which size to order?

All items have a size chart listed with specific measurements for it. Please refer to the “How to measure my body for clothing sizes?” section on each product page.
