Exchanges & Returns

 

Do you need to return or exchange an item? We are always here to help make the process as easy and convenient as possible for our beloved customers.

 

Return Policy

Our return policy is applicable for within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). This 14-day period is calculated based on the date of delivery attached to your tracking number.  We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges that are beyond the 14-day period.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Earrings 
  • Intimate wear
  • Gift cards
  • Any item that is not in its original condition OR is missing some parts

For returns within Canada

  • If your order was eligible for free shipping, you will find a return shipping label included in your package. 
  • Please apply the label to the shipping box to be returned and you can drop your package off at any Canada Post office. 
  • Alternatively, you can email care@cantmissit.ca with your order number, a list of the items you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Once our Client Care team receives your email, they will respond with the next steps of the return process. 

 

Please note that customers are required to cover return shipping costs in the case where your order did not qualify for free shipping. If you are shipping an item over $190, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible if the returned item is not delivered to us. 

 

For exchanges, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary and depends on where you live.

 

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will  notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and you will be notified via email. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

 

Depending on your financial institution, it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you do not see the refund even after 7 business days from the date that it has been processed by our team, we recommend you to please reach out to your financial institution. Delays tend to happen in the case where credit cards were used to make the purchase. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To process an exchange, please contact us at care@cantmissit.ca and share your order details along with images of the damaged/defective item you received.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will process the refund to the original payment method that was used by the gift giver and they will find out about your return request.
